    I love that there are so many diverse ways to help hire a diverse group of employees. At my job, I am on a roundtable panel with co-workers and upper management that helps discuss the needs and concerns of the employees. Things like that can really help a company understand its specific diversity needs and issues. For example, I am wheelchair bound and the company needs to be mindful of that specific circumstance.
